We are proud to announce that Silex Secure Lab has successfully developed cutting-edge aviation technology, along with a custom Content Management System (CMS) for NGeagle and ARIK airlines. This tailored solution is designed to streamline operational efficiency, enhance customer experiences, and provide robust management tools.
The new CMS offers intuitive features for managing flight schedules, bookings, passenger information, and other key services, enabling both NGeagle and ARIK to deliver exceptional service to their customers. This collaboration reflects our commitment to pioneering technological solutions in the aviation sector.
Four years ago, we ventured into building technology for the aviation sector. One of our innovations was a smart and secure CMS system for performing daily updates and controlling major aspects of airline public data related to the commercial department. I’m pleased with the invaluable experience and support we received from Mr. Charles, the Commercial Head at Arik, who played a crucial role in the success of various versions of this project.
The project includes a career portal that manages both in-house and external staff recruitment processes. This sophisticated portal can handle internal position shifts between different airlines before extending services to external applicants. Many of our ideas were conceived during a courtesy visit to Silex Secure in Abuja in 2020, shortly after the SLA agreement between ARIK and Silex Secure. During an extensive discussion with Kevin Devassy Erinjeri Erinjeri, Vice President of IT at Arik, we focused on innovative technology for aviation. These discussions translated into the amazing products we now offer for the aviation sector.
Smart Disabled Platform
The Smart Disabled Platform is designed to enhance accessibility and support for disabled passengers. This platform offers features such as personalized assistance requests, real-time updates on accessible facilities, and easy navigation through airports. By leveraging advanced technologies, this platform ensures a smoother and more comfortable travel experience for disabled individuals, addressing their unique needs effectively.
Group Booking Technology
Our Group Booking Technology simplifies the process of booking flights for large groups. This system allows users to manage group travel arrangements efficiently, including seat selection, meal preferences, and payment options. It provides tools for coordinating travel plans, ensuring that all group members have a seamless experience from booking to boarding. This offering a more dynamic and user-friendly solution for group travel management.
