General

  • For decades, our teachers, on behalf of individuals, companies and various government departments, have conducted digital research into the detailed backgrounds of (serious) criminal organizations, missing persons, fraudsters, scammers, financial data, international real estate and (rogue) companies that were used for criminal activities. All this knowledge has resulted in an extremely practical training. For example, we have an in-house developed 'OSINT-SOCMINT' database OSIDATA® which consists of thousands of internet tools, software programs, scrips and information sources. The use of these tools makes it possible to screen almost all companies and people in the world, to trace (missing) people or organizations and to 'monitor' their activities and unwanted plans online. We would like to share our knowledge with you. We will teach you, during the 4 classroom days, how you can anonymously collect digital information through the 'World Wide Web' and 'Dark Web'. We teach you to penetrate deeply into protected digital sources. These classroom lessons are supplemented with many practical assignments in the form of true cases. During the lessons, we naturally devote considerable attention to structuring, analyzing and reporting on a digital research.
  • We do not teach our students any 'Google' or 'General Investigation' tricks during this course. We teach a complete intelligence methodology and strategy that are supported by a 'VOIM' (Virtual OSINT Investigation Machine). This virtual computer enables our students to collect, organize and report the most hidden and current intelligence and information safely, quickly and effectively. In addition, during the training, ample attention is paid to your own safety and recognition during digital research and to your digital footprint.
This training is extremely suitable for anyone who has to be able to collect professionally (background) information or information about persons, (inter) national companies, organizations or activities in support of a criminal or civil investigation, protecting business interests or safeguarding the ( international) Public Order and Security. To achieve this, you will be intensively taught in the most current techniques and developments within Open Source & Social Media Intelligence (OSINT & SOCMINT). Moreover, this training includes various elements of the 'Ethical Hacker' phenomenon. To participate in this training you must have sufficient practical basic knowledge about the use of computers and social media. After following this training you will be able to conduct digital research, independently or as part of a team, and to gather background information about persons, (international) companies, organizations and networks regarding their financial integrity, additional activities, events, stay , - or locations, (mis) performance and assets. Moreover, you learn to trace, 'follow' and monitor individuals and / or organizations through the internet in order to map their (future) plans and activities. You can also follow this course if you work every day via iRN (internet Criminal Investigation & Investigation Network). A separate iRN module has been set up in OSIDATA®.

Open or private training

  • This OSINT training is in principle provided as a class. However, we can imagine that, in view of your work, you would like to ask questions freely. In that case it is possible to follow this OSINT training from 12 participants in a closed form at our discrete location. Our instructors have been screened and have entered into a confidentiality agreement with various government departments. Concluding a specific confidentiality agreement for your organization or service is of course no problem. Certification & Recognition:Our training institute has been tested by and registered with the CRKBO (Vocational Education). In addition, this module is part of the recognized training: "Registered Open Source Intelligence Analyst®". This course is a recognized register course that has been assessed and accredited by the CPION, the Center for Post Initial Education. Our training institute is therefore the only civilian organization in Europe that has been able and allowed to issue the recognized and registered diploma 'Registered Open Source Intelligence Analyst®' since 2016.

    General

    • Because the personal information on, for example, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter accounts can be better and better protected by the user, investigating officers, enforcers and private investigators are increasingly facing the challenge of collecting and monitoring the right digital information via these sources. In addition, more and more Social Media platforms are focusing on the (full) use of mobile platforms and the associated increasing group of young users. Just think of Snapchat, Instagram or Tinder! The answer to these developments? Cyber-Humint!

    Cyber Humint

    • Cyber-Humint comprises the technique of unnoticed gathering of information in the digital (social) network of persons or organizations. This sounds simple, but in practice making 'digital friends' often turns out to be more difficult than expected. How do you actually create a reliable digital 'circle of friends'? However, Cyber-Humint is more than creating a social media account and sending a friend request. Both in civil law, administrative law and criminal law, the unnoticed collection and monitoring of digital information is subject to regulations. The most current and diverse legal aspects are dealt with by a criminal law specialist during this training. The course naturally includes the way in which you can prepare, compile, create and maintain so-called 'Covert' Social Media accounts, including Instagram, Snapchat, Facebook and Twitter. Such accounts are of a high level of information technology and are therefore indispensable for the legal collection of digital information. In addition to preparing, creating and implementing 'Covert' Social Media accounts, this course also devotes considerable attention to the way in which a 'Fake' account can be recognized and how you can apply these techniques to protect your own accounts. In short, all conceivable tactical and technical aspects are covered during this unique training! General

    • With the advent of the Internet, the number of corporate identity fraud cases and the number of economic crimes have increased considerably. This is directly related to the fact that a company, person or international organization can assume any capacity through the Internet. A track record, official documents and references can often be adjusted or copied in a simple manner. Moreover, with the advent of the Internet, more and more international transactions are taking place. The risk of becoming a victim of a rogue, in some cases even a non-existent entity, is shockingly increased.
As a Due Diligence Analyst, you are the person within your organization to identify and eliminate any (international) fraudulent practices at an early stage. You are able to conduct preventive and repressive investigations into international companies and (criminal) organizations, both individually and as part of a team, so that the chance of financial calamities can be reduced to a minimum.

    Who is this training for?

    • This training is specially formulated for everyone who is responsible for gathering very detailed background information about (international) companies and organizations, their trading activities, (former) directors, financial resources and integrity. Almost all students who participated in this training were therefore employed by banking institutions, insurers, trust offices or investment and payment companies.
